A H2O at Home consultant is above all an ambassador who shares the values and vision of the company and especially the passion for our products. By demonstrating, it can convince and transmit all the information on the specifics of the products.

Its tasks are:

Demonstrate and advise

on products and always follow its customers, provide them with advice and transmit the essential gestures on the proper use of products.

Build loyalty

Mobilize and animate a community of users, hosts and hostesses who host the demonstration meetings at home, for example by offering thematic workshops.

Sponsor

Share an opportunity for activity and engagement, and give others the desire to join the adventure.

For this, a support is set up. In order to build a sustainable business, at H2O at Home we are responsible for:

  • Developing new products.
  • Providing quality products.
  • Developing training documents and materials.
  • Providing sales and communication tools for customers.
  • Proposing a scalable compensation plan.
  • Motivating and rewarding female advisors who excel in sales, sponsorship and management.
  • Organizing and implementing at national and regional level seminars, meetings, collective moments of exception and conferences to train and give meaning.
