At Decitex, the sales team is responsible for prescribing solutions to professional users and training specialized distributors. At H2O at Home, for users of ecological products from the range intended for the home, we have opted for home sales, thus, the demonstration of the effectiveness of products and the pedagogy of good gestures for cleaning and self-care.
Last major milestone, the Aupal Group opened its own training Campus in 2021 to support H2O at Home sales advisors and managers, as well as all Aupal Group employees, in the development of their professional skills.
